We want you to love your Gypsabella pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for a refund or store credit. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form is included inside to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
