How long does shipping take?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.
What payment methods do you accept?
